Daryl will help us develop new cocktails, provide training in HORECA and advise fellow bartenders on the use of Pandan liqueur to make delicious cocktails that can be combined very well with Asian-inspired food.
Best bartender in the Netherlands
In November 2017, Daryl was named the best bartender in the Netherlands by Entree magazine and with his background he has a lot of knowledge of hospitality, cocktails and Asian food. Our brand ambassador is well known in Rotterdam and has worked at The Thalia Lounge, Number Fourteen, American Dreamcafé and NY Basement, among others. Daryl is a bar consultant and will soon open his own cocktailbar The Rumah in Rotterdam.
Focus Bandung’22
The focus for marketing our unique liqueur is on the better cocktail bars and restaurants in the Netherlands. We notice that there is a broad interest in cocktails in the HORECA. Bandoeng’22 is the world’s first liqueur with pandan. The pandan liqueur can be used to make innovative cocktails, which are ideal for combining with Asian-inspired dishes.
