Spanish Coffee with an Asian Twist

Are you a coffee enthusiast looking to try something new? Discover our latest creation: the Bandoeng’22 Barraquito. Inspired by the traditional coffee drink from Tenerife, our unique version blends espresso with Bandoeng’22, milk, condensed milk, and a touch of cinnamon. This delightful coffee cocktail evokes a festive holiday spirit and serves as a perfect post-meal treat—a liquid summer dessert in a glass.

Ingredients
1 cup of freshly brewed espresso
150 ml (5 oz) steamed milk
40 ml (1.5 oz) Bandoeng’22
1 spoon of condensed milk
Cinnamon powder

How to Prepare the Bandoeng’22 Barraquito
Pour the condensed milk into the bottom of your glass. Add Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur: Using a spoon held just above the condensed milk, carefully pour the liqueur to create a layer. In the same manner, carefully pour hot espresso over the pandan liqueur to maintain the layered effect. Add Steamed Milk: Gently pour steamed milk into the glass using a spoon to keep the layers intact. Spoon milk foam into the glass as the final layer. Garnish: Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the foam to finish.

Enjoy the delightful layers and flavors of the Bandoeng’22 Barraquito!
