What is Pandan?
Pandan (also known as screwpine) is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia. It features long, narrow, green leaves that are used for coloring, aromatizing and flavoring food & drinks. Pandan leaves, when cooked, have a nutty, floral, sweet taste and often discribed as ‘Asian vanilla.’
