The Pandan Latte

As a coffee suggestion during the holidays, wholesaler HANOS has developed a delicious cafe latte with Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur for you. This delicious luxury coffee variety is easy to make and has a very festive look. Ideal for spoiling your guests! The variation below was presented in the December issue of the HANOS Magazine.

Pandan latte
Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world. Where also pandan (Asian vanilla) is grown. A nice combination to make a cafe latte with it.

Ingredients (per person)
30 ml espresso coffee
35 ml Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur
120 ml whole milk
piece of Pandan layered cake
champagne glass

Method of preparation
Pour the liqueur into the glass. Froth the milk and make the espresso. Pour the shaken, warm milk into the glass and let the milk rest for a while, so that the foam and milk separate. Carefully pour the espresso through the milk froth. Garnish with a piece of bacon.
