Karol Mucha boasts 14 years of bartending experience. He began his career as a club bartender, where he developed a passion for mixology. This passion led him to Prague’s renowned Hemingway Bar, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience. Today, Karol is the bar manager at Spin Bar in Bratislava, where he recently introduced a new menu.  How to Make Karol’s Java Fizz
Shake all the ingredients (except the soda) in a Boston shaker with ice to chill and dilute. Pour the mixture, cold and frothy, into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Top off with soda water and enjoy.
