A Pornstar with a twist

The Pornstar Martini is a popular summer cocktail. Our Bandoeng’22 Pornstar Martini is a sexy martini cocktail with passion fruit, pandan and vodka. She tastes tropical and is soft as silk.

The Pornstar Martini started as the Maverick Martini (after a seedy club in South Africa where the cocktail was first made). Then the cocktail got its erotic name “Pornstar Martini” because of the amount of passion and sexy vibe in the scene. We also find passion and sexy appearance in Asia. That’s why our version of this classic.

Ingredients
40ml (1.35 fl oz) Bandoeng’22
20ml (0.68 fl oz) Vodka
40ml (1.35 fl oz) Passionfruit juice
5ml (0.17 fl oz) Pineapple juice
Egg white

Method of preparation
Fill a shaker with ice. Add half of the egg white. Add vodka, Pandan Liqueur, passion fruit juice and pineapple juice. Shake well! Strain without ice into a chilled martini glass. Cut a passion fruit in half and place the half fruit in the martini glass.
Serve with a small glass of bubbles.

Foodpairing suggestion
