The Pandan Colada by Caco Mosan

Pineapple, coconut and pandan, a match made in heaven

Did you know that the Pina Colada was invented in Puerto Rico! The sweet mix of coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, and ice was born in San Juan. Bartender and entrepreneur Caco Mosan, born in Brazil created his take on the famous tropical drink made with Bandoeng’22. Caco combines pineapple, coconut and pandan which combines so good together.

Ingredients 
30ml (1.01 fl oz) Bandoeng’22
15ml (0.5 fl oz) Rum
20ml (0.68 fl oz) Condensed milk
10ml (0.34 fl oz) Vanille syrup
40ml (1.35 fl oz) Orange juice
30ml (1.01 fl oz) Cocos milk

Method of preparation
Fill a blender with ice cubes. Add all the ingredients to the ice. Blend everything until thick and smooth. Poor the drink in a tumbler glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf, red beet sprouts and Bandoeng’22 Pearls*
