A classic shooter reimagined (B-52)
The B-52 is a classic shooter (shot) cocktail, named after the B-52 bomber. First created in the 1970s, this shot has a long history and is now very popular among bartenders. Originally, the B-52 is made with Kahlua, Baileys, and Grand Marnier, layered in this order from bottom to top.
With this twist, we replace the coffee and orange flavors with pandan, honey, and vanilla. The smooth, ‘mellow’ flavors of honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, combined with Bandoeng’22, create a dessert-like taste.
