A tropical twist on a classic tiki (Singapore Sling)
The Singapore Sling, a true Tiki classic—featuring multiple types of alcohol, fruit juices and liqueurs, spicy notes, and bitters. Tiki drinks highlight bold, distinctive flavors, and Bandoeng’22 fits right into this lineup.
A slightly spicier approach than the traditional Singapore Sling by replacing the standard London dry gin with Bobby’s gin (which contains Indonesian botanicals) and swapping the cherry brandy for Bandoeng’22. Additionally, replace D.O.M. Benedictine with Galliano (which has vanilla and star anise-like flavors) to better complement the sweeter notes of Bandoeng’22.
