Warm weather and spicy food demands a light, refreshing drink and the Bandoengʼ22 Fizz fits the bill. It has an amazing Pandan taste and is low in alcohol & calories
40ml (1.35 fl oz) Bandoengʼ22
150ml (5 fl oz) soda water
lime juice (half a lime)
Fresh mint leaves, Pandan leaf and ice cubes.
Method of preparation
Put the mint leaves in a large wineglass and muddle the leaves carefully. Add lime juice and ice cubes. Fill the glass with Bandoengʼ22 and top it with your favorite soda water. Garnish with pandan leaf. Cheers!
