Ingredients
1 cup espresso
40ml (1.35 fl oz) Bandoeng’22
150ml (5 fl oz) steamed milk
Pandan layered cake
Method of preparation
Put Bandoeng’22 in the glass. Froth the milk. Whirl the milk and pour it into the glass. Let the milk rest for a while, so that the foam and milk separate. Brew a double espresso. Carefully pour the espresso through the milk froth. Spoon some extra milk froth into the glass. Garnish with a piece of spekkoek.
