A US Classic Reimagined (Mai Tai and Tia Mia )

This cocktail takes its foundation from the Mai Tai, a robust rum drink known for its blend of almond, lime, and orange flavors. The Tia Mia reinterprets this classic with mezcal as its base. Our version features reposado (aged) mezcal and chocolate bitters, adding depth and a bittersweet profile. A touch of orange blossom provides an aromatic, floral finish.

40 ml ( 1.35 oz) Bandoeng’22
25 ml (0.85 oz) Mezcal Illegal Reposado
25 ml (0.85 oz) Lime juice
20 ml (0.68 oz) Monin Orgeat
3 daches Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
10 ml (0.33 oz) Orange blossom water
