Bandoeng’22 Panna Cotta
Panna Cotta

An Italian dessert with a fragrant Asian twist

This Pandan Panna Cotta by HANOS is a beautiful fusion dessert that brings together two flavour worlds in one elegant glass. The soft, creamy texture of classic Italian panna cotta meets the fragrant character of Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur, creating a dessert that feels refined, original and easy to serve.

Panna cotta is traditionally made from sweetened cream and loved for its delicate wobble and smooth finish. In this version, pandan adds a distinctive aromatic note that gives the dessert a more unexpected and memorable identity.

Why pandan works so well in panna cotta

Panna cotta has a naturally mild and creamy base, which makes it perfect for carrying subtle flavour accents. Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur adds fragrance, softness and a gentle Southeast Asian touch without taking away from the elegance of the dessert. The result is silky and luxurious, while still feeling light enough to enjoy after dinner.

The glossy pandan layer on top adds both flavour and visual appeal, making this dessert especially suitable for hospitality, festive dinners or plated dessert menus.

This is an inference based on the two-step preparation method.

A simple hospitality dessert with a premium twist
