Winter Wonderland – Pandan Liqueur Cocktail

The Winter Wonderland is a festive pandan liqueur cocktail created by Marc Pieplenbosch from team Bandoeng’22. Designed as a holiday drink, this cocktail combines creamy textures with the warm aromatic flavour of pandan.

Made with Bandoeng’22 pandan liqueur, vodka, amaretto and double cream, the cocktail develops a smooth and indulgent character. Pandan is often described as the “vanilla of Asia”, bringing subtle notes of vanilla, coconut and toasted nuts to cocktails.

Winter Wonderland – Pandan Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
30 ml (1 oz) Vodka
30 ml (1 oz) Amaretto
30 ml (1 oz) Double Cream
30 ml (1 oz) Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur
Grated coconut

Method of Preparation:
1. Moisten the rim of a long drink glass with a lemon wedge and coat it with grated coconut.
2. Fill the glass carefully with ice.
3. Combine vodka, amaretto, double cream, and Bandoeng’22 in a shaker with ice cubes.
4. Shake well and strain into the prepared long drink glass.
5. Garnish with a sprig of red currants and a light dusting of powdered sugar for a magical winter touch.
