A US Classic Reimagined (The Last Word)
The Last Word is a classic cocktail known for its sweet, strong, and sour profile. Its primary ingredient, green Chartreuse, is crafted in an abbey in France. Due to limited annual production, the green variant often faces shortages. The more readily available yellow Chartreuse, with its honey, floral, and citrus notes, complements this cocktail beautifully, resulting in a stronger, spicier version in the Last Word style.
