Tell us about Dave Mulder?
One of the main reasons I became a bartender is the interaction with guests. I enjoy connecting with different people, hearing their stories, and making a positive contribution to their evening. It gives me great satisfaction to bring a smile to someone’s face through a friendly conversation and excellent service.
I’ve always had a passion for hospitality and creating a pleasant atmosphere. As a bartender, I can provide people with a fun evening. With a welcoming attitude, personal attention, and crafting delicious drinks, I ensure that guests feel welcome and enjoy their time at the bar.
Bartending gives me the chance to be creative. From developing new cocktail and food recipes to coming up with unique presentations, I can express my passion for drinks and food flavors in a creative way. It’s wonderful to see guests enjoy something I’ve made with care and attention.
Before starting his own companies, Dave was the leading bar manager at MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge in Amsterdam. Over the past decade, he has been involved in many successful bar startups in high-end hotels. After winning numerous international competitions, Dave became a board member of the Dutch bartender guild (Nederlandse Bartenders Club) and has been responsible for training and coaching Dutch cocktail champions for international cocktail competitions.
Bandoeng ’22 Pandan Liqueur
Working with Bandoeng’22 has further enriched my experience as a bartender. This unique liqueur offers a range of possibilities for creative cocktails and interesting flavor combinations. It’s fantastic to see guests’ reactions to drinks made with Bandoeng’22 and to experiment with the versatility of this ingredient. It adds an extra dimension to my work and allows me to create even more memorable drinks.
