Why pandan works in sour cocktails
Sour cocktails are built on the classic balance of spirit, citrus and sweetness. The aromatic flavour of pandan adds a unique tropical twist to this structure. Its natural notes of vanilla, coconut and fresh herbs give the cocktail a dessert-like character, reminiscent of Southeast Asian pandan cake. This makes the Pandan Sour both refreshing and indulgent at the same time.
