The Bandoeng’22 Chai – Warm Chai Tea with Pandan Liqueur
Bandoeng’22 chai tea with pandan liqueur

The Bandoeng’22 Chai

The Bandoeng’22 Chai is a warm and aromatic drink that combines traditional chai tea spices with the unique flavour of Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur. Inspired by classic chai tea recipes, this drink brings together warm spices, creamy milk and the soft sweetness of pandan.

Chai tea is known for its comforting combination of black tea, spices and milk. When pandan liqueur is added to the mix, the drink gains an extra aromatic layer with notes often compared to vanilla, coconut and gentle spices.

The result is a rich and comforting hot drink that blends the warmth of chai spices with the distinctive Southeast Asian character of pandan.

A Pandan Twist on Traditional Chai

Chai tea has been enjoyed for centuries and is famous for its comforting blend of tea, milk and warming spices such as cinnamon and star anise.

The Bandoeng’22 Chai introduces pandan as an aromatic twist on this classic drink. Pandan’s naturally sweet fragrance complements the spices in chai and adds a subtle tropical character.

Together with coffee liqueur and milk, the drink becomes a rich and layered warm beverage that feels both traditional and exotic.

Spiced Tea Drinks with Pandan

Spiced tea drinks are loved for their comforting flavours and warming character. Ingredients such as cinnamon, anise and brown sugar create a deep and aromatic base.

Pandan works beautifully within this flavour profile. Its warm sweetness enhances the spices while softening the bitterness of tea.

In the Bandoeng’22 Chai, pandan liqueur adds depth and complexity, turning a classic chai tea into a unique spiced tea cocktail.
