Pandan Gimlet Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients

30 ml (1 oz) Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur

30 ml (1 oz) Bobby’s Dry Gin

30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice

10 ml (0.35 oz) sugar syrup

Ice cubes
Garnish
-
sugar and cayenne pepper rim

lime zest
Preparation

Chill a coupe glass with ice.

Add Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur, Bobby’s Dry Gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Rim the chilled coupe glass with lime juice and dip into a sugar and cayenne mixture.

Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with lime zest.
