Pandan Negroni Cocktail – Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur
Pandan Negroni cocktail recipe with Bandoeng'22 pandan liqueur and Campari

The Bandoeng’22 Pandan Negroni

The Negroni is one of the most famous aperitivo cocktails in the world, traditionally made with gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Its bold balance of bitterness, sweetness and botanical flavours has made it a timeless classic in cocktail culture.

The Bandoeng’22 Pandan Negroni adds a distinctive Southeast Asian twist by introducing pandan liqueur. The aromatic flavour of pandan, often described as a combination of vanilla, coconut and fresh herbs, softens the bitterness of Campari while adding a subtle tropical character to the drink.

Why pandan works in Negroni cocktails

The classic Negroni is known for its bold bittersweet flavour profile. By adding pandan liqueur, the cocktail gains a fragrant aromatic layer that softens the bitterness of Campari and enhances the botanical notes of gin. The result is a Negroni variation that remains spirit-forward but introduces a subtle tropical character.
