The Bandoeng’22 Dark Green ’N Stormy adds a tropical twist to this classic by introducing pandan liqueur. The aromatic flavour of pandan blends beautifully with the spicy bite of ginger beer and the richness of dark rum, creating a refreshing cocktail with citrus, spice and subtle herbal notes.
Pandan Dark ‘N Stormy Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients

50 ml dark rum

30 ml Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur

100 ml ginger beer
-
juice of half a lime
-
ice cubes
Optional
-
1–2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish

lime wedge
Preparation

Fill a long drink glass with ice cubes.

Add the Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur and ginger beer.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.

Slowly pour the dark rum on top so it floats.

Garnish with a lime wedge and optionally add a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
